Sure, we offer that service. You can either ask for a brand design or adjust the designs in our shop that catch your eye. Additionally, you can request changes to the font, quote, image, or anything else you desire. Alternatively, if you already have a design, you can send it to us. We’ll take care of printing and shipping it based on your preferences.

If you happen to provide us with an address and the shipment hasn’t been dispatched yet, kindly send us an email. We’ll try to update the address if it’s still within our control. However, please note that we aren’t responsible for resending the item to your address, so it’s important to ensure you enter it when placing your orders!

If you happen to receive a product simply take a photo of it. Provide us with your order number. If the item(s) you received turned out to be faulty or if they deteriorate after the wash we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. There’s no need for you to return the item(s) to us; all we require is a photo of the item.
